EmergenSea HELP is a network of contracted maritime assistance partners designed to help boaters in distress and emergency situations, breakdowns, and problems during navigation. Our mission is to ensure a safe and carefree experience at sea for all our users, by responding quickly and providing professional assistance at any time of day or night.
Becoming a member is easy. You can sign up through our website or contact us directly by phone at +385 98 306 609. We offer various membership options that include different benefits depending on your needs. Members receive priority assistance and a range of benefits such as free towing, light ungrounding, fuel delivery (up to 20 liters), and emergency interventions.
We offer a wide range of services, including towing, fuel delivery (up to 20 liters), light ungrounding, electrical system failure assistance, rope removal from propellers, vessel escort, help in case of accidents, transportation in medical emergencies (in coordination with S&R services), as well as advisory services on boating safety.
